We report a patient with carcinomatous meningitis secondary to carcinoma caecum. The patient presented with multiple focal neurological signs and symptoms. Diagnosis was suggested by magnetic resonance imaging and confirmed by analysis of the cerebrospinal fluid.
Most common causes of lead poisoning in adults are occupational exposure and traditional medicine usage. In such patients encephalopathy is an uncommon presentation. We report two rare cases of chronic lead encephalopathy that occurred in battery manufacturing factory workers.
